Yesterday, I deadheaded the spent daffodils and ranunculus (individual flowers don’t last very long). The rosemary flowers are almost gone. Around the area, there are purple piles of petals beneath the wisteria. I can’t even remember the forsythia, it was so long ago.
There are just a few daffodils left. The one whose name I couldn’t recall has a few flowers left, and big seed balls on the ends of the spent flowers. I remembered what it was – Chromacolor. There are a couple Campernelles left here and there, and some jonquilla simplex and canaliculatis in the woods. In among the Campernelles, I have a couple of mistake daffodils that have just bloomed:

The ranunculus just keep on blooming and are stunning. I had never grown them in the garden before – now I am hooked:

The hyacinths are all long faded, their stalks left in the garden only for their maturing seeds:
I have never tried daffodils or hyacinths from seed, but I intend to this year. There are hundreds of these pods maturing in my garden. I saved daylily seeds last year and have some new plants started. I doubt I’ll ever become a master hybridizer, but it is fun to see what offspring the bugs and I can come up with.

Ooh! Georeous, gorgeous color. More please!

Lovely pictures. Good luck with those seeds. I think I’ll try that also.
